The only reason I found this game is because I so happened was making a car building game with the same acronym and also a green car at that time 11/10 would play again

About the flickering, if several objects' side share the same x, y, or z coordinate(aka, they overlap), those objects will "fight" each other to be rendered on top, causing the flickering, my point being, that if you raise the y level of the streets by even 0.001, it would stop.
Fun game, I like how snappy the car is. The road flickering is pretty hard to bare though.
Yeah. If I update the game I'll probably just make the road and individual model or something. To remove the flickering.
For sure, I would make it a plane with no hitbox. 10 days isnt a lot of time so you did great
