A little rhythm game made in a total of about 8ish hours for FishFest!
While simple and a little jank I really enjoyed making it and I hope you enjoy playing it. I made this solely so I could make that pun if I'm being honest so just enjoy the goofiness.

Tbh the only rhythm games I've played are Taiko and Trombone Champ, so I had to base this off what others said so I hope these are comfortable.
DFJK are your four buttons. D being the top, F being the next down, etc. etc.

High score was kinda just thrown in but I must’ve done something wrong with it. I’ll have to double check my code and fix it for post jam update
I think it updates the value in the background but redraws before the score saves or something lol --- 2nd play through was a perfect run, but showed my high score from the past run
Yeah that makes the most sense. My guess is that the code order is flipped and it shows the value before it updates it

If I'm being honest I'm so bad at rhythm games that I don't even know what the highest possible score for it is. I think the highest I've gotten is 16650 which is not a perfect score.
